SHIPPING Policy

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) via USPS. Once your order has shipped, a notification will be sent to your email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Depending on the size of your order, you will be given the option to ship either USPS First Class (1-5 days), USPS Parcel Select Ground (2-8 days) or USPS Priority (1-3 days). Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping

At this time we are only offering international shipping to Canada. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International and will arrive in approximately 11-20 business days. For your convenience, duties & taxes are prepaid and included in shipping cost. For international orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, please order through our Etsy site.

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you or your pet is not completely satisfied with any of our products, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund (with the exception of custom orders, which are non-returnable). Please note that returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition (i.e., no pet hair) and received by us within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as lost or damaged returned items; we highly recommend choosing a shipping option that provides tracking. Once we receive the returned item, the cost of the item plus tax (minus initial shipping costs) will be credited to the credit card used for purchase.
